We want you to sleep well on an AasaN mattress. Because mattresses are hygiene products and many of ours are made to your size and specification, our returns work a little differently from a mass-market online store. This page explains how. If anything is unclear, or something has gone wrong with your order, message us on WhatsApp at +91 80887 32157 before anything else — we would much rather talk it through and make it right.
Made-to-order items
A large part of what we make is built to your chosen size, firmness, and construction — including anything ordered through Make Your Own Mattress (MYOM). Because these are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged simply for a change of mind. This is exactly why we spend time on WhatsApp helping you choose before we build — so the mattress is right the first time.
Hygiene
For health and hygiene reasons, a mattress, pillow, or protector that has been unwrapped and used cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is faulty. Please check your order on delivery before removing the packaging.
If your order is damaged or wrong
If your mattress arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will put it right — by repair, replacement, or another fair solution. Please tell us within [X days — confirm] of delivery, with a photo of the issue, on WhatsApp at +91 80887 32157. Keep the original packaging where possible, as it helps us assess and collect the item.
Warranty
Our mattresses carry a manufacturer’s warranty of [X years — confirm per product] against manufacturing defects such as foam that breaks down abnormally or spring failure under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal softening over time, damage from misuse, stains, or removing the tag. Because we make our mattresses ourselves in Hubballi, warranty claims come straight to us — there is no distributor to chase.
Refunds
Where a refund is due — for example an order we could not fulfil — we process it to your original payment method within [X working days — confirm]. For any deposit on a made-to-order build, we’ll explain what is refundable at the time you order.
