Orders
Most orders are placed and confirmed over WhatsApp or phone rather than through an automated checkout, since many of our products are made or sized to order. Nothing is treated as confirmed until we’ve agreed the specification, price, and delivery details with you directly. Prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may vary by size, firmness, and material choice — we’ll always confirm the final price with you before you commit.
Made-to-order and MYOM items
A significant part of what we make — including anything ordered through Make Your Own Mattress (MYOM) — is built specifically to your chosen size, firmness, and construction. Because these items are made for you and cannot be resold, they cannot be cancelled or exchanged simply for a change of mind once production has started. Payment
We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on this website. Payment arrangements (advance, balance on delivery, or other terms) are agreed directly with you at the time of order, over WhatsApp, call, or in person.
Delivery
We deliver across Hubballi, Dharwad, and surrounding areas, with delivery timelines depending on whether your order is in-stock or made to order. We’ll give you an honest estimated delivery window when your order is confirmed, and let you know promptly if anything changes.
Warranty
Our mattresses carry a warranty that varies by tier and product. Exact warranty terms — what’s covered, what’s excluded, and for how long — are explained to you plainly at the time of purchase. If you’re ever unsure what your specific mattress’s warranty covers, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and we’ll confirm in writing.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Content on this site — including text, images, and the AasaN name and branding — belongs to AasaN Bharat / AasaN Industries and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, and content on this site accurate and up to date.
