Dharwad buyers can visit Hubballi if they want to see samples, or order online and try at home for 60 nights. As we grow, a Dharwad location might make sense — but we’re not there yet.

We’ll suggest:

Step 4: See samples (optional but recommended)
If you want to test before committing, visit Hubballi. It’s 60 km and usually an hour’s drive. You can:

Step 5: Place your order
We take payment (usually bank transfer, we can also do Google Pay or other methods) and start manufacturing your mattress. Lead time is typically 5–7 days — we make it after you order, not from excess inventory. This way you get a mattress made fresh for you, not something that’s been sitting in a warehouse.
Step 6: Dharwad delivery
Delivery is free and included in the price. We arrange it through a logistics partner. Typical timeline:
- Manufacturing: 5–7 days after your order
- Delivery to Dharwad: 2–3 days after manufacturing completes
- Total: 7–10 days from order to delivery in your home
We’ll give you tracking so you know when it’s coming. The delivery partner will call you to schedule a convenient time — early morning, evening, whatever works for you.
Step 7: Setup and trial
When your mattress arrives:
- The delivery partner will bring it to your room and place it on your base
- You get a 60-night trial period — sleep on it, test it in your real conditions (your heat, humidity, sleep partners, etc.)
- If you hate it, contact us before night 60, and we arrange a return at our cost
- If you love it, you’re done — enjoy your new mattress
What if something goes wrong?
Delivery issue
If the mattress doesn’t arrive on time or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll sort it — replacement, repair, or refund.
Manufacturing defect
If the mattress has a seam tear, foam defect, or obvious manufacturing problem, let us know within 60 nights. We repair or replace at no cost.
It’s not right for you
Maybe the firmness is wrong, or it doesn’t work for your sleep position. During the 60-night trial, contact us and we’ll either:
- Exchange it for a different firmness or spec (you pay return logistics, we make the new one)
- Refund you in full. We arrange return pickup at our cost (free for Dharwad because it’s close). Money back, no questions.
